eloomi has seen significant growth in Europe since its inception in 2015 and recently began to see huge potential for its people development solution in the United States, including several U.S. based customers. The company conducted a national search focused on the East Coast time zone for a city that met critical location factors including a substantial young and diverse talent base, an inclusive culture and enough of a “cool” factor to appeal to employees and customers both in the U.S. and internationally. Plus, Orlando is uniquely situated to offer direct access around the world through its world-class airports as well as its central positioning with easy access to both North and Central Americas.
Orlando is increasingly recognized as a hub for technology and a place where companies can start, relocate, expand and thrive. eloomi’s decision to open its first U.S. based office in Orlando is a testament to our diverse talent pool, inclusive culture, unique position as an international gateway, an unmatched quality of life and enhances our reputation as a world-class city where any business can succeed.

Orlando’s central position between Florida’s largest universities including the University of Florida (UF), University of South Florida (USF) and one of the nation’s largest universities, the University of Central Florida (UCF), played a major role in the company’s decision. The company also saw significant value in the established ecosystem of training centers, corporate learning environments and many relevant industry conferences hosted at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), the second largest convention center in the U.S.
