eloomi service & support – now easier, more convenient more accessible

We have great pleasure in announcing that today we are launching our new Live Chat support feature and our brand new eloomi Academy. All designed to make life easier and more convenient for our customers.

Who can benefit from this?

This is for all eloomi admin users.
Anyone in your team that has access to the eloomi admin menu in the platform will be able to use Live Chat and eloomi Academy.

Live chat will provide you with another option, as sometimes its just down to pure convenience – right?
You will still have the option to get in touch with us via our Help Desk and by emailing us at support@eloomi.com

Here are a few things you can get out of the Live Chat feature:

  • Chat with support team members to answer questions about your eloomi
  • Easy access to our library of articles and FAQ
  • Notifications and pop-up messages for new features and product releases

When you log in to the eloomi dashboard you’ll now see a chat box at the bottom right-hand side.
Simply type your question into the dialogue box and one of our colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible.

To enhance your eloomi experience even further we have now built eloomi Academy.

A curated library of content to help you to be even more successful in using eloomi on a day-to-day basis. Here you will find ‘how to’ videos and written training materials for you and your team. We have already created you as a user and you will shortly receive an invitation by email so you can begin to access the eloomi Academy.
