Awards criteria
All entries for the eloominate Awards will be judged on their impact on people, teams, culture and organisation. This includes the impact on the customer’s organization, highlighting elements such as innovation, skills development, passion and overall benefits, including return on investment.
How to apply?
Applying is super easy. Simply complete the application form with attached screenshots of the platform, your company logo and a short quote. The application must include precise results, showing how eloomi has supported your organisation’s goals and highlighting the impact.

When is the deadline?
The deadline for applications is 1 October 2024 at 23:59 CET.
What is the cost to apply?
There is no cost to apply.
How many categories can I apply for?
There is no limit on the number of applications you may submit. However, you should avoid duplicating entries across multiple categories by tailoring each application specifically to the criteria of the category you are entering.
Can I apply on behalf of a client?
Yes, however, you must have their permission in writing and clearly show who has given it. Note that we may or may not contact the permission giver. If you submit an application on behalf of a client as a supplier, the entry must be written from the perspective of the client’s team. Finally, you’re encouraged to seek involvement from the client’s team to ensure that the application accurately reflects their HR practices and initiatives.
Can I withdraw my application?
Applications may be withdrawn before the closing date of 1 October 2024 at 23:59 CET. Contact the Head of Customer Experience, Andrew Mina, to withdraw your application.
When will the shortlist be announced?
The shortlist will be announced in mid-November. Those who have been short-listed will be announced on eloomi’s website and social media channels.
When and where will the awards ceremony take place?
The eloomi Customer Awards will be announced and awarded during the virtual ceremony on Monday 2 December 2024 at 15:30 CET.
What do I get if I am short-listed or win?
Those who are short-listed and/or win will receive a diploma to mark the achievement. Winners receive an invitation to present your story in an eloomi webinar, collaterals to promote your achievement, two hours of sparring on L&D strategy, a bundle of 25 modules for 100 employees for free for 12 months from Skillsoft, and a goodies pack.
Where will the results of the awards be shared?
The results of the customer awards will be shared on eloomi’s website and social media channels.
