The deadline for applications is 25 November 2024 at 23:59 CET.

There is no cost to apply.

There is no limit on the number of applications you may submit. However, you should avoid duplicating entries across multiple categories by tailoring each application specifically to the criteria of the category you are entering.

Yes, however, you must have their permission in writing and clearly show who has given it. Note that we may or may not contact the permission giver. If you submit an application on behalf of a client as a supplier, the entry must be written from the perspective of the client’s team. Finally, you’re encouraged to seek involvement from the client’s team to ensure that the application accurately reflects their HR practices and initiatives.

Applications may be withdrawn before the closing date of 25 November 2024 at 23:59 CET. Contact the Head of Customer Experience, Andrew Mina, to withdraw your application.

The shortlist will be announced in late-November. Those who have been short-listed will be announced on eloomi’s website and social media channels.

The eloomi Customer Awards will be announced and awarded during the virtual ceremony on Monday 2 December 2024 at 15:30 CET.

Those who are short-listed and/or win will receive a diploma to mark the achievement. Winners receive an invitation to present your story in an eloomi webinar, collaterals to promote your achievement, two hours of sparring on L&D strategy, and a bundle of 25 modules for 100 employees for free for 12 months from Skillsoft for the winners of the best compliance training category.

The results of the customer awards will be shared on eloomi’s website and social media channels.
